Trent is the owner of Straight and Level and has been in the industry for over eight years. He thrives on the challenges that come with running a business and takes pride in building strong relationships with both clients and team members. Trent values the opportunity to mentor his business partners, sharing knowledge and growing alongside them.

Believing that a strong team is the foundation of success, Trent truly enjoys the time spent working with his crew—recognizing that coworkers often become like family.

Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time at the beach, camping, working out, and hanging out with his family. He’s also a big fan of live stand-up comedy, always looking for a good laugh
and a great show.
